Background & Philosophy
A passion for making the workplace better, Dr. Clayton began consulting in 2017. Her consulting approach is people-centered identifying, supporting, and developing human capital. Her consulting philosophy is that consultants serve their clients by harnessing the wisdom of research- and evidence-based practices to promote innovation and growth where both organizations and workers can thrive.
Dr. Clayton founded TWIG Consulting with the human being at the center of business decisions in leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational practices, policies, and procedures. Leaders are cultivated by growing their knowledge and through skill development to better engage their employees, and meet and identify their client's needs and wants. Employees thrive when provided organizational support and effective leadership. Organizational practices, policies, and procedures are customized and work in tandem with quality leadership to increase organizational performance.

As a seasoned business consultant working with small and large business in both the public and private sectors, Elizabeth Clayton specializes in strategic human resources management, professional development, executive coaching, needs assessment, strategic planning, and leadership and teamwork training. She enjoys working with clients to improve the workplace and meet their short- and long-term goals. She loves having fun in Noblesville with her husband and three kids paddleboarding and concerts in the park in the summer, and sledding and ice skating in the winter.
